Just closed on a home with Pulte. It was an incredible experience!! Peter is phenomenal, always responsive and working to get your questions answered. Pulte has a great process in place to onboard first time home buyers and you always feel supported through the entire process. The house is of great build quality and the community super close to great schools, shopping and amenities. Highly recommend !

Had good experience. Peter salata the sales agent was very patient and answered our every question. He guided us through the whole process of home buying and made it seamless. Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I purchased a home from Pulte. Halfway in our home process, our salesman got switched (thank goodness!!!) to PETER. PETER is very kind and explains everything thoroughly. He never rushed us or ignored any of our questions. I wish we had him since the beginning because then I would have known about all the home options and add-ons. Unfortunately, the first sales person, rushed us and didn't layout all of our options. This person lied to us too about switching up options after contract is signed. Any who, If you are deciding to purchase a home, please ask for PETER. He always replied to our e-mails on time and answered our phone calls when he was available. Very humble. Thank you, Peter! Joe, our home construction manager, always kept us to date on everything. Whenever he had the chance, he always returned our calls or texts. Thank you, Joe!
