Cannot get a response from staff on mychart or by phone. Back to treating my diabetes on my own. Go for appt. & they can't imagine why you have to resort to that? DUH!

Trying to get medication filled is not easy. Have sent a message on MyChart, talked to people two days in a row, and still no prescription.

I visited this place back in 2015 with my first born my experiences with them was okay. Fast forward here we are its 2023 and Im getting ready to give birth to my second born. This round I have had the worst experience ever. Appointments being rescheduled without someone calling to make me aware. Ive even made appointments after they decided to reschedule me last minute I come in and they ask me how can they help me like they didnt reschedule me for the appointment so now at this point Im two drs appointment behind. The residents/drs whatever you want to call them isnt the greatest. They act like theyre scared to touch you. I recently got covid 19 in my last trimester 37 weeks from work shared my concerns with returning back to work and getting covid again they didnt care. Im currently 39 weeks with a sore throat and running nose and afraid that Im not in the greatest shape right now as I prepare to give birth. Very stressed couldnt even get in for my weekly drs appointment so now Im winging it hoping and praying my child and I have a safe delivery.

This Dr office needs way more people to answer phones. It literally doesn't matter what time I call I have to wait on the phone for a minimum of 20 minutes on hold before I can even talk to someone or even schedule a appointment or cancel one... you shouldn't have to wait this long just to cancel a appointment.. I can't always sit on the phone and wait because I have to work.

Go anywhere other than this office if you can. It doesnt matter if youre pregnant. It doesnt matter if you made your appointments months in advance. They will call you the day before to cancel or reschedule them and then take as long as legally possible to transfer your records anywhere else. On the rare chance you actually do get in for your appointment, you can expect to wait at least 90 minutes to see your provider. By the time youve seen them and they send you to the lab for testing, itll conveniently have closed for the day and youll have to reschedule to come back again. Truly the seventh circle of hell.
