        Understaffed, overbooked, and out of patience. Put your health first. They dont even have time for their established patients. OSF has no time for you. Ask questions, they will admit that none of their doctors can see you for months. I can think of several better local options. I hope this helps you to avoid this money trap and get real help.         Dr. V and the staff are WONDERFUL! The geriatric care she provides for my father is wonderful. He is chosing to die at home she fully supports us and cares for him.

        I called to say that I might have deep vein thrombosis and I wanted an. Well, actually I didnt get that out because I was rudely interrupted and was told that there were no appointments available, go to the emergency room. Which I cant afford and cant adjust for my work schedule. Thanks for nothing!
