We did not get a good outcome for our daughter after braces were done. Will take a good amount of money to get it rectified because our orthodontic benefits are maxed out. Really has ruined her self esteem and that is the worst thing.

My top teeth opened up a gap about a week after I was told I no longer needed my top retainer. My bottom retainer kept breaking for the first three or four times and everytime my teeth moved a little because instead of making it a priority I had to wait to be seen one time as long as 2 weeks, which is when my bottom teeth moved. They did not care that my teeth moved to the point where they are not straight in line nor did they even offer to fix it. Seemed as if the only patients they genuinely cared about were young children was 17 when I got mine put on and had them about 4 years. My teeth are to the point where I'm going to pay another orthodontist to fix them because I paid alot of money to this place and did not get a quality product or quality treatment
