Yes went there a couple days ago with a check from my job from Springfield il just moving to the area my job is bank with INB walked in didnt greeted me properly made me feel very uncomfortable had all my information which she mentioned a couple new rules about fees and extra documents to cash my check which I had qualified she wrote all on my check and then told me she cant cash it because its no money in the account it was two women my job thats been with inb bank over $30 years said thats wasnt right at all yes it was definitely weird I guess I tho

I mainly worked with Stacy Wolak on the purchase of my first home. She helped me find a grant from the state that made the whole thing possible. She was very responsive, informative, and just overall great to work with! I would definitely recommend using her as your loan officer for your mortgage.

We have a mortgage and a business loan through INB. Trip James is fantastic to work with on the commercial lending side. It is nice to have someone so responsive to our needs just down the street.

We have been working with John Lofgren on the purchase of our first home. John was so flexible with me. I did not have to miss work at all because he was willing communicate through email to make it easier on me. Everyone says how buying a home is so stressful but honestly INB made it so smooth and stress-free. We close tomorrow and are very excited and thankful for the help we had in this 3-month process.
