      image I walked in and didn't even receive a smile. I wanted to add a POD on my account. The lady had no idea how to add it. She went to ask the manager in the corner. He was on the phone trying to ask a 3rd person. The lady Tia finally came back after 20 minutes. I stated to her that I needed to get to another appointment. As she kept chomping her gum in front of me I kept receiving a sarcastic smile. I left and still have not received a phone call from them.

      image Do not bank here. They sent me a flyer in the mail advertising a specific interest rate. I brought in the flyer (valid) and they would not honor it. Dont waste your time. Im reporting to banking industry.
