Please know, we make every effort to ensure errors are not made at the agency. Seems the policy was issued Micaek Solomon Solo Home Remodeling 09-26-22 with your first name misspelled as Micaek instead of Micaela. On 9-30-23 the first policy with the spelling of Micaek Soloman was canceled and a new one issued as Micaela Soloman. To make this change the carrier needed Micaela’s approval, which she provided. That was my last email with the insured on this matter. Later, on 9-26-23 your policy renewed without exception. On 03-1-24 Micaela called the office, asking that the name on the policy be changed to Donald Soloman III (your husband). The carrier is unable to fulfill this request because this is not a name misspelling, but a name change. Micaela then asked that the policy be canceled. To honor the cancel request we asked for it to be signed in person due to the possible duplicity by the insured. In all our email transactions, the following is the mail address used by the insured: Micaela Solomon Hence talking in third person as Don Solomon. To protect the integrity of the agency in this matter, we require a signature in person- not electronically.

Sharlyn, Thanks for contacting us. In reviewing matter, per the quote form Teri was completing. The quoting stopped when she asked you what the value of your house is today and you hanged up. She needed this info to see if the house would qualify for a replacement cost policy quote. Thanks Brian
