Jeff Tucker American Family Insurance

After being a customer for over 40 years all the way back to when Stan had the agency we always had great service. Since Jeff Tucker took over our insurance is constantly going up! When I called and complained he got an attitude. There is NO reason for our insurance to go up $360.00 a year. We are retired and hardly ever drive anywhere. We have had NO accidents in decades not years. No tickets in decades. We will be taking our auto and home insurance elsewhere. We worked so well together that he moved his office and didn't even let his customers know!
