No question we had was unimportant and she was immediately available to help us through the process. She got a showing arranged on a beautiful property as it came onto the market and it ended up being the place we bought. She helped us through showing, arranging financing, inspections, walk through, and ultimately closing. I would recommend Bridget to anyone!

Dave and Bridget made leaving our home of 48 years as painless as possible. They found us a condo that immediately felt like home, and fulfilled every need we had: even a third bedroom (which was like a needle in a haystack)! I highly recommend their services for all of your real estate needs.

Bridget was an incredible woman to have on my team as I looked to take the next step in my career which required me to find a beautiful yet affordable apartment in the city. I had many restrictions that required a more tedious investigation and she found me exactly what I was looking for. Not only is she great at what she does, but she was so comforting during such a stressful time in my life. Bridget would always answer in a timely manner and was always a step ahead of me. I don't know how to adequately describe how amazing Bridget is, but I will give it a shot. A colleague of my brother-in-law's recommended Bridget to us a few years ago when we were looking to buy in Park Ridge. She was certainly an expert on the area, but she didn't just lock onto my request for, "Park Ridge," like other agents I've worked with before. She heard me say that I wanted good schools, an easy commute, and a place for my growing family to thrive in a community that would suit our needs holistically. She showed us places in Park Ridge, but she also asked if she could show us a listing that she thought we might like even though it was outside of PR. When we saw it, we knew. What made it so fun was that Bridget LEGITAMATELY joined us in our joy in having found "the one." She was just as giddy and excited as we were about this gem she found for us. As she led us through negotiation and inspection challenges, I was blown away every step of the way. Not only was she exceedingly organized and always 3 steps ahead of me process-wise, but she was also always willing to offer great ideas to maximize our value while maintaining a positive experience with our sellers. She's an absolute, consummate professional who was so committed to making sure we were getting exactly what we wanted (even when it was something that we didn't realize we wanted!). A few years later when we ended up needing to move to get closer to our families, I was treated to the Bridget Murphy experience on the selling side. She was so generous with her time, thought of every detail, helped us stage our house to show buyers how great their lives could be living there, and demonstrated her expertise in developing a personalized pricing strategy that helped us meet our goals efficiently. We were under contract within a couple of weeks, as time was of the essence. Her skills in putting together our listing (in record time!) with a unique, compelling narrative as well as being picky with pictures to ensure she had captured all of the best angles in our lovely home made a HUGE difference in helping our listing stand out. The brochures she developed were works of art compared to the standard ones you see at open houses. She was honest with us, helped us find the best buyer, and held our hands through a pretty emotional time. I probably could have submitted her to my insurance for the amount of free therapy she provided me while we were selling while I stressed about every showing. Bottom line: CALL BRIDGET IMMEDIATELY NO MATTER WHAT YOUR REAL ESTATE NEEDS. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Bridget is incredible at her job, and is a JOY to work with. I almost (almost) want to sell another house just so I can talk to her all the time again. :)

My wife and I worked with Dave Murphy on both the buying of our new home and selling of our current one. We had a great experience and would recommend Dave to anyone. Dave was extremely professional, responsive and on top of everything needed to get both deals done. He set up showings for us and did a great job negotiating the deal on the home we purchased. Dave helped us through the entire buying and selling process with inspections, paperwork and making sure nothing was missing so we could close on time. When it came time to sell our house Dave had a professional photographer out the very next day and we were able to get the home listed and under contract after just three days on the market. He had a great strategy around timing, showings, the open house and the list price that made it all possible. Many of our neighbors commented on how great he was having stopped by during our open house and one has since become his client. Again I can't say enough about Dave. He made the whole process enjoyable and reduced the stress level with his great service!
