        I thank my lucky stars that I found The Key for in-home care. The team has been consistently reliable, responsive & compassionate. For my hip replacement, I needed round-the-clock care. Pre-op, all options & costs were explained to me. Post-op, my in-take rep (Gayle), met me at my door with my 1st caregiver & supervised the getting-to-know-you process. The Key caseworker (Jinny) followed-up consistently to be sure all was well. While The Key has a large team of caregivers, I'd like to give mention to Gina, Lola & Rebecca. For all in-home care needs, I recommend The Key.
