I enjoy working for Comfort Keepers. I love the people I get to meet. Our patients, they are amazing people who if you give them the chance, they begin to feel like part of your family. I love being able to talk with them and get to know their family. As far as the company itself, they offer pay increases quite often which makes it really nice and makes you feel appreciated. I have told several people about comfort keepers. I have had nothing but success and happiness while working here. They care about their employees and about their patients. It’s a win/win.

I love this company! The compassion everyone has and the supervisors and management are amazing. They go above and beyond and are super sweet. Bonus incentives not much but pay increases a plus! Justine is amazing, super kind caring and very compassionate and understanding. I definitely recommend working here.

BEWARE OF THIS AGENCY!!!!! Their lies have caused me a health issue. They lack sympathy. Please check indeed for more reviews. I have NEVER seen an agency like this. They will lie to you about the client so you don't refuse. When you report an injury, they will even ask you to continue working with it. When you go to the hospital and send them the doctor's report, they'll NEVER read it. Of course, they couldn't be bothered. Encountering this agency is my worst life experience. You'll be treated inhumanely. They don't care if you die, what they care about is the money.you make for them. Your pain is not their concern. You can go to hell for all they care.

I am writing this review to express my sincere thanks to all of the Comfort Keepers team members especially Ms. Anna Holden, Mr. Alex Holden, Ms. Yennifer Ramos and Ms. Anna Tsirlina for being very professional and amazing people to work for them for the past two years. I personally can’t thank them all enough for all their help and effort they have provided me as a caregiver as well as to their senior citizen client. From day one working, they have welcomed me and made me feel as we all are a big family. Comfort Keepers’ top priority is taking a good care of their senior clients by providing them all the necessary senior care services that will fulfill their needs. Thus, I greatly appreciate all their hard work and effort for making this possible especially now as we are going through very difficult times of COVID-19 pandemic crisis. I must admit that every time I needed an assistance or have a question or concern, they were all there for me to help me patiently and responsively. I strongly recommend Comfort Keepers to all seniors that are really in need of their home care service, as well as to all Caregivers who are in need of financial support as we recently got increased in May 1st of this year. I wish you all the best as you have made a big difference and changed my life to better and healthier since I have worked in your company and till now.
