My husband gave me a Xmas gc. He was very disappointed because when he went to purchase it the person asked him if he wanted to give/add my phone number. My husband was reassured I would not be notified about the gift cards on the account since he wanted to surprise me with the gc. However, I was notified that there was a gc on the account and I immediately freaked out thinking someone had purchased them with my card. I called Indira and they informed me it mightve been a mistake and someone might have just put in my number on accident. Since then my husband has been upset about it. However, came went in for a facial(first time). I was breaking out for a few months, Diana was kind and friendly throughout the whole experience. She was details about what she thought could be possibly going on and took the time of day to explain things. I was intrigued that I was not pushed to purchase items right away as Ive heard from different people that sometimes it could happen. On the contrary, I was the one who asked her, I wanted to give it a shot, she provided some samples to try at home and now Im on the hunt for those products to purchase them. Boy does my face feel and look great! I will definitely be back for my monthly facials. Its a bit pricey. However, its the best thing Ive felt on my face compared to the other store brand products. Thank you Diana! Although my husband did not have a good experience. I enjoyed the facial.

The Park Ridge location is so easy and convenient. The staff is wonderful, location is clean, checking in and out couldnt be easier. So glad I found Rianna she does an outstanding job each and every time will never lead you in the wrong direction.
