I last updated this recommendation a year ago, and I still go to Maria on a frequent basis 4 years later. She's professional, insightful, honest and cares so much about her time with me. She has helped me learn so much about myself, my relationships and life in so many ways. I am so grateful to have her services and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a counselor. Additionally, her new office in Palos Heights is BEAUTIFUL, welcoming and well kept. If you're looking for coziness, she offers tea and coffee and snacks -- doesn't get much better than that!

Maria Potter is a wonderful therapist and person. She gives you her full attention she's not like the rest of the therapist I've had which didn't help and made me feel like I was just another sheep in their office. Maria gives me a sense of peace she is genuine and very professional. You will not regret booking an appt with her.
