Worthless junk. Dont go this place unless you want them to rob you blind. Car broke after a week and then ghosted me even though it was under warranty. If I could put zero stars I would. Karma is swift.

BUYERS BEWARE: Title Fraud 9/2/22 We purchased an Audi here 9/2/22, the dealer did not have the title and still does not as of 12/5/22 We were given the run around for 2 months when calling and requesting the title. Then the steering went out. Now they have the car, the $27,000 we paid for it, and no title. Bryan took no responsibility and said it was a mistake, he did not offer a vehicle to use in the interim while the Audi is unregistered and illegal to drive, as well as broken. Scam artist. Edited 1/5/2023: Lies after lies after lies. How often does your title clerk make errors?! There is a looooooong list at the secretary of state of vehicles you've done this on. This is was the case that really got their attention though. After trying to scam us selling a car with no title and broken power steering, then trying to charge 3x the agreed upon repair cost, it is 1/5/2023 and the secretary of state shows nothing but an incomplete online application for our license and registration. You have still not completed the online registration process. You are such repeat scam artists and title washers that the secretary of state police got involved to provide us with new temporary tags while they pursue your fraud. If, by some miracle, you are allowed to retain your dealer's license in the state of Illinois I hope that this review saves some other innocent buyer the time, hassle, and frustration of being scammed by you. You are truly the "bad people" I teach my children about.

We purchased a 2018 Audi A6 3.0 from Premier Auto in late August. I have been searching online for a A6 for some time and I came across this particular one and I reached out to the dealership to arrange a test drive. The test drive went very well and we dealt with Dan who answered any questions we had. A few days later I asked if I could take the car to a 3rd party auto mechanic for his inspection and to verify the condition of the car. Dan agreed without issue and I took the car for inspection. The car came back with a few issues that I shared with Dan. He agreed to correct these at his cost. A few days after that we came in and purchased the car. That process went very smooth and again without issue. I have had the car for a few weeks now and I am very happy with the purchase and how things went with Premier Auto.

Purchased a vehicle I saw advertised on their website. Flew to Illinois from Georgia to test drive vehicle. Upon test drive I noticed the dash had the airbag light illuminated, suspension fault" car leans when cornering", suspension code" stop safely don't drive". I immediately informed the salesman Victor who then notified the owner Bryan of my findings. Bryan spoke to me alongside his mechanic who tried to convince me that it was nothing wrong with the carother than some wires got wet during detaining and it was safe to drive the car 700 miles to Georgia from Illinois. Bryan also provided me with an email stating he would cover parts necessary if once I ot back to GA I still had the issues with the vehicle. Well it's been nearly 2 months and I'm still having the same issues with the vehicle and after several calls, emails and text messages to Bryan i have not received a response or any parts to fix these safety related mechanical issues that were present when I purchased the car. For your own peace of mind DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHADY DEALERSHIP
