      image Made an appointment to speak with branch banker on the phone via the Chase app, Gallo Trullijo. He never called me at the appointment time and waited to call me Right before the bank was closing to tell me he didn't realize it was a phone call appointment, when I go to call back it says he's not working for another week. Extremely unprofessional. Why provide this service if you aren't going to follow through.
