Cant even get a small loan from my own bank - even though I have upcoming collateral notarized, and signed off by a judge Of over $100,000 well, guess what that money is not being deposited into fifth third bank because I plan on changing banks. Tiny loan three to $5000 aint nothing and beings though I had over 70,000 in my account at one time and some other bank is not gonna get close to $200,000. Good job Fifth Third you just lost a client and More.

Many years coming to this particular branch even if it was out of my way this was my come-to 5/3 branch until today. Bank teller was very rude and very unprofessional, to a point she sent me to make my transaction at another branch, completely out of my way. There is ways to say, do things.
Outcome of this was, I listened to her and went to another branch and was assisted without hesitation what so ever. Stay away from this branch as advised by one of their own tellers!

Unbelievably incompetent people, from the branch customer service to the mortgage department. They have no idea what they are doing. 5/3 is the worst bank around!

Horrible service. Teller had bad attitude and unfriendly. She sent me to the banker Stephanie data who just had me standing by her desk without acknowledging or greeting me. When she finally finished what she was doing. And started helping me she spoke so loud everyone could hear my business and personal information. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend.
Save your self the headache.
