I am very disappointed with the recent service provided to me and my wife. I am a long time client who dealt with Jorge. Jorge was a very personable teller and it seemed as if he knew every single one of his customer's name. He was a valuable asset to myself and many family members of mine. I was helped by Jorge with great comfort and don't feel it is right to bank with tellers who truly don't explain to you the things as it should be. I would hesitate to return here as it seems to me like their staff is miserable and just want to get you out the door quick so they can do whatever it is that they where doing.

a couple days ago I went in for an issue I was having with my account and asked for Jorge as I always do to then find out he no longer works there. I am super upset because none of the other bankers are helpful and understanding as he was to me, my family, and especially the Latino community. Im afraid Ill be calling customer service more than to go into this fifth third for help.

Tom Plonowski and the entire staff at the Wauconda, il branch did an outstanding job, they were efficient, well trained and actually answer phones LIVE everytime with care and follow up. In addition they by far had the best savings rates, highly recommend as true customer service is so hard to find, but so appreciated! Thanks again, Mike from ING is good apparel.
