        This was the worst experience my daughter and I have had at a Pandora establishment. When we entered, my daughter located a few charms we were interested in purchasing. As we were awaiting assistance, I notice a family enter the store and sales members attending to their needs almost immediately. I left the store in dismay and returned and asked for the general managers contact information and was given consumers affairs number. It was then learned that an associate was checking others in at the entrance but I wasn't even greeted upon our arrival to know this information. It was not busy but very disorganized and disappointing.
