If you are a rail fan, you should stop here. The guy there at the time was really cool to talk to. All the different gauges of trains was cool. Free to visit.

Nice set of public restrooms in close vicinity to the park. Very convenient for those who are day visiting the Rock River

Always a stopping point when we ride the motorcycles to Oregon, IL. The view is gorgeous and the setting is so peaceful.

Clean and simple. You can take a decent walk along the rock river or take a hike on the mowed paths. Volleyball court and a kayak ramp system.

I went here in February of 2022 (a year ago) despite there being melting snow and mud on the ground it was still a nice place to visit

Place is a dump they have roaches and bedbugs..manager is a real bit#* do not recommend staying or living here
