Gordon Dental Associates

Have had some problems in the past with phone calls( answering and/ or call backs) however I believe that was during covid...no problems since. I think Dr. GORON is an excellent dentist and her office staff are personable and professional.

They are accepting new patients, and they can't even service the patients they already have. Have to wait 3/4 weeks to be seen.

This is what it looks like when you come in for an appointment. Mind you, they pick and choose when they want to notify you of cancelling your appointment. Its really luck of the draw if you get a call let alone sit in the chair for service. Calling during open hours is just as useful as calling when theyre closedno ones there anyway. Worst dentist office ever.

Horrible customer service. I've called their office 5 days straight with no response. Unacceptable !!!! No one has ever answered the phone. It just directly to voicemail. I had to pay out of pocket full price to go to and other dentist.

Dr. Gordon is wonderful! My patient experience was professional, expedient and gentle. I have referred several family members as a result. Classy!
