Very nice physician and staff. Hygienist gave me a great cleaning. Front desk did great job with handling insurance.

Dr. Douvas is a wonderful, kind, caring and understanding doctor and person! Highly recommend for all ages!!!

If you are looking for a dentist office who will embarrass and humiliate you Dr. Douvas and her reception Ms. Wendy will do just that! Unfortunately, I had a horrific experience this week at the conclusion of my appointment. The receptionist Wendy attempted to charge my account an extra fee for a previous appointment I cancelled. Knowing the policy I informed her that I did cancel my previous appointment to reschedule for the appointment date I had this week. She believed what I told her to be frivolous and demanded I prove that her office made the error in not annotating my account. She told me even though anyone of 13 staff members who could have made error, I was still had at fault and had to prove my claim. (Ridiculous? I agree!) I logged into my mobile account and provided proof of the date, time and length of the call. Dr. Douvas nor Wendy apologized for inconveniencing me before and after my appointment. The staff was late in servicing me at my schedule appointment time nor was they compassionate or apologetic about taking an additional hour after my appointment on account of their error. Both continued to argue and use profanity at me in front of other patients and staff when I asked for an apology for their erroneous actions. Although I discontinued my services and will never refer any one to this office, I would like to say her dental hygienist are phenomenal and I would definitely follow them to other dental offices. When a business establishment has made a human error the business owner should humbly acknowledge and apologize for the error and make the necessary adjustments with their team so that it does not reoccur. Do not invest your time or money into this office, they have no respect for their patients whom pay their salary.

During my first visit, Dr. Douvas happened to be at the front desk talking with her spectacular administrative staff. Dr. Douvas welcomed me with such warmth, an professionalism, as did her staff, that I felt as if I were a long, lost friend. She welcomed me and made me feel a part of "their family". Alex, my hygienist, was marvelous and wise beyond her years. I received a thorough and perfect cleaning and exam from her. I was totally at ease from the moment I entered the relaxing attractively decorated office. To my crucial point, Dr. Douvas Completed a beautiful ( PAIN FREE), natural filling in a molar for me upon my second visit. I have never experienced a dental visit as painless and pleasant as that. Dr. Douvas very clearly explained every step of the entire process. Dr. Douvas is extremely conscious of the feelings of her patients and staff. I have nicknamed her my DENTAL ANGEL, in all sincerity. I highly recommend Dr. Douvas to everyone, especially children, those who have experienced dental nightmares and those who seek a PERFECT, dental relationship with a wonderful Dentist and staff. I owe a debt of gratitude to Dr. Douvas and her staff.
