        Jade was absolutely awesome at this location! The Subway app said they were open til 9pm when they are only open til 8pm. She stayed on the phone with me and called management. I assumed I was going to have a frustrating ordeal getting a refund, but Jade hooked it up and made my food. Great customer service! A+ for her and the manager.

        I ordered 2 foot longs through the app using a coupon (buy one get one) when I arrived to pick it up the worker said they dont do that promotion in their location even though my coupon and order went through and said complete. She said she would give me a refund but I havent gotten a refund. Shes so rude and overall has the worst attitude. Im never coming back to this location. She just makes me feel unwelcome.
