Worst experience ever
Unprofessional office not recommended at all
First of all she missed entering my payment data and my email address
And caused my policy to be cancelled without notifying me at all and later I couldnt even get a new policy with Allstate and ended up paying 3 times the original policy cost with other carrier
Not to mention that she was not responsive at all and she was not keen at all to help resolving the problem she caused and kept denying her mistakes even after giving her all the proves from my bank and emails
She was not even sure what policy was cancelled even after calling her for 2 days !!!
Obviously unprofessional office to trust so disappointed
