What an amazing staff and location. Highly recommend! Went there when there was a huge line, but trust me when I say it's worth the wait. Got a Strawberry ice cream mixed with graham crackers, golden Oreos, and kit Kat inside a dipped waffle cone bowl covered in peanuts! Definitely give it a try!

Maybe Rich Gwala should realize employees not on duty and not clocked in are not responsible to help customers and do their own order to not take up any of the on shift employees time from the customers. It is also wrong to take a teenangers photo without consent. My office orders from this location almost daily and never have an issue.

I wanted to write a review because not only was I satisfied as always, I was somewhat surprised and disappointed at the lack of customer service collectively. We went on 6/2/23 in the afternoon and Trinity was amazing from the moment we walked in until we left. It was a total of 5 of us and Trinity was the only staff member taking our orders individually, preparing our orders and ringing us out. There were 4 other workers there (that I saw) and not one of them greeted us, asked if SHE needed help or assisted her at any capacity. One staff member even stood and watched without lending a hand! At one point Trinity searched for the peanut butter, while preparing one of our orders and she turned to ask another worker standing by the waffle maker and the worker responded turn around and look behind you!! I get it everyone has a specific job but when a rush of people come in with multiple orders I would like to think that all hands should be on deck, that didnt happen in this case. The only person helping us the entire time was Trinity! She was engaging, thorough, friendly and went above and beyond to get us out of there and she did it wonderfully! Great customer service goes a long way.
