Horrible service. We get there 20min before closing, waiting forever (only 3 people infront of us) just for the girl to say they can't serve us 3min before closing. So why didn't you tell us that when we came in instead of us standing there waiting.

Order gotta have it sizes, and only about half the container had ice cream in it. With the inflated prices, the least you can do is serve the same amount of product.

"I havent had ice cream in a long time and Cold Stone Creamery took ice cream to an entirely different level. Ive never seen so many options from flavors, toppings and even cones! This is a very unique creamery and I recommend it to locals and travelers." !

This location has great customer service. The inside was clean and my order was served really fast. We also ordered a cake and it was delicious!

Adding on to what Ethan Villasenor was saying Hector was an amazing employee that went above and beyond. He made our experience fun and enjoy full. I think he deserves a raise and because of him I want to go back and get more ice cream. Also what ethan was saying when we were having fun talking to a hector another employee im guessing a girl with black hair said stop complaining or get the f out. Now I dont know what she heard but we werent complaining she made it very awkward and thats why im eating it 4 stars but overall the ice cream was very good and hector even recommended i put caramel on it and I did it was delicious. So overall good experience Hector deserves a raise and I think you should talk to the lady that cussed us out which was very unnecessary and rude but would recommend this place.
