My experience here in February of 2015 was amazing!!! Now you can't take pictures here, but they provided excellent service. Each of their dresses was in their own plastic bag.

I had an hour free today and decided to call and see if I could come in, and he took me without an appointment. Victor was very helpful and professional from the moment I met him! I fell in love with a dress, and can't believe the amazing price since I took it off if the rack. I haven't had alterations yet, but their max cost is below many others. Beautiful dresses! I'm so excited! Thank you Victor!

Treated me like a princess the first time I came in. Now I highly recommend you do not come here. Policy is horrible. My dress is not ordered yet and I changed my mind for another I fell in love with, without seeing the price difference. The price difference is half, and they will not refund my money that is owed. I will not be bringing my bridesmaids here or my flower girl.
Additionally, the lady who helped me told the second sales associate to tell me that she liked my original dress better when I asked her opinion. I don't know if this was personal or she wanted the higher commission on my original dress. I know this because I had my mom follow to listen when they walked away and I was changing into the second dress.
Overall, a beautiful selection of dresses with terrible ethics and policy.
