I don't care for this salon. My consultant just wasn't able to read me very well. She seemed a bit annoyed that I didn't have any pictures of my dream wedding dress but the thing is I don't have one. I know what I don't like but I wasn't sure what I would like since I have never tried on dresses before. I think what really bothered me is that she could clearly see that I was not overjoyed with any of the dresses, they were all nice but not the one, yet she asked me which one I'm buying... I know you want to make money but at the same time why would you want your customer to buy a very expensive one time dress that she is just ok with? Just like any other business it is all about the money.

My experience was terrible. I found the dress of my dreams there. I didn't have the money at the time and they were offering a 20% discount because it was my first time. If i would've known I needed half to get the discount I would have waited to try on the dress. Mind you, I had 8 brides maids who ordered their dresses from here. When I spoke to the manager she was so disgusting. She told me that The dress want went back to the original price. I told her I had the half is there anything she can do she said she wouldn't be able to give me the 20% discount. I then asked her what difference would it make to HER if I got the discount or not. She said " well you have to come in, get measured that's extra money for someone's TIME" I told her I know my size so why am I paying extra. I told her I can order over the phone and tell her my size. She then was proceeding to tell me I couldn't do it but I know that wasn't true because my cousin who lives in Hawaii was able to order her dress over the phone!!! So then she told me "well you wouldn't be able to put half down you would need it in full".... I couldn't believe it! She was DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!! I RECOMMEND GOING TO A DIFF EVA'S BRIDALS WITH A DIFF OWNER/MANAGER SHE WAS HORRIBLE TO WORK WITH. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. SHE EVEN TOLD ME THIS HAPPENS!!!! I went somewhere else and told them of my horrible experience and i FOUND MY DRESS! It's beautiful and originally MORE EXPENSIVE but I got a great deal and the lady REALLY worked with me because they wanted to make sure my wedding day would be MAGICAL! I'm so glad I decided to take my business elsewhere ! :-) Horrible management. Horrible service!

I came here on a sweltering hot day with practically an entourage to try on wedding gowns. I worked with Ivan and he was wonderful. I told him what I wanted in a dress, showed him a few pictures, and then told him my budget. He not only listened and kept me in my budget, but the very first dress he brought me, I fell in love with and ended up buying after I tried on a few more dresses. Ivan was incredibly patient and kind, and made me feel extra special with every dress I tried on. He sat down and went through the sizing chart with me, explained how their alterations work, and was just overall wonderful. I would recommend Eva’s to anyone.

I cannot thank this store enough! Oh my goodness. I ordered my wedding gown and bridesmaids dresses from another bridal shop over a year ago. My wedding is in less than a month and my dresses are yet to come in. My gf convinced me to go to Eva’s trunk sale and I am glad I did. They are usually an appointment only business. They saw how horribly sad I was, and Debbie stepped in to help me. They went above and beyond to make sure I left that store with my dream dress in hand. I DID! I left with a dress that was even better than my first. I am so happy and will have an amazing wedding thanks to the staff and company. Thank you Evas of Oak Lawn!

I booked an appointment to try some dresses was told I had a slot from 3-4 with Debbie. I wanted to make it to the location on time since I was called and reminded about my appointment to the point I told my grooms Grandmother I couldn't pick her up cause I wanted to be on time. Made it there at 3 checked in and was told someone would be with me. About 30 minutes in being there I was kinda confused they sent a guy to me he pointed me in the direction of sale dresses and pointed to a rack of dresses that were from 2018 and havent been sold and he left. I had a bridesmaid that ran late but I let the bridal shop know I didnt have to wait for her we could proceed. By 350 I finally met Debbie who said she would be right with me after she finished up with another bride. At this point Im frustrated this is my first wedding Im spending money as well. I was looking for a more intimate personal experience and I didnt get that.
