image This was not a bad apartment complex to live in. Ill go over the pros. Its close to some restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, the tollway, bars, etc. Rent wasnt super expensive. There was a nice pool. No water bill. Apartment was a decent size for 1-2 people. Neighbors were very friendly and pleasant.
Cons: parking wasnt the greatest depending on which unit youre in. Sometimes, if you go out at night or if you get off work late, you wont find a lot of spaces close to your unit. Laundry, they had a washer and dryer in each building but theyre very limited. You would have to do your laundry at odd times. Kitchen was small. Property manager was not the greatest at her job. She was a hypocrite when it came to issues about your apartment or your lease. I would not recommend. Overall its about a 2 for me.

image I have loved living here for more than 6+ years, and have met many very nice residents. Cannot say enough good things about these apartments. And if you have common sense and good judgment it will be an overall good experience living here.
The apartments' brick buildings are better built than some of the newer places in the area that were slapped together quickly and cheaply. And rents are fairly priced compared to other surrounding area apartments. They regularly walk the grounds to ensure it is cleaned and well maintained for the residents.
Manager, staff and maintenance crew are responsive and helpful to any issues and always pleasant to work with on anything of importance even going out of their way to look for delivery driver misplaced packages when needed. Repairs and maintenance issues are dealt with quickly, professionally, and with a smile.
There are laundry machines located on the 2nd & 3rd floors of each building and are very convenient, in addition to having long hours starting in the morning and ending with a reasonable cutoff time to keep noise down during late evening hours.
There is plenty of parking throughout complex as well.
The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Easy access to main roads and tollways. A previous positive reviewer was spot on with description of complex being close to everything but far enough away. There is plenty of things to do in the area and just a short walk or drive. There are 3 gas stations, and at least 3 grocery stores nearby. The Fox River is close by as well as several restaurants with many dining options. But apartments are away from the busier part of the area and noise, which is perfect for most people. Very happy living here and would recommend.

image Dont move to these apartments. Cars get stolen and broken into last year there was another few cars that were stolen as well. If you care about your safety and your property you stay far away. There is no security on the property at all so its free game for criminals.
