        This is the quietest attached dwelling I have ever rented and maintenance requests are answered promptly with courteousness and good results.

        This is NOT the place you want to be. I Don't believe all the five-star reviews on here. The landscape isn't taken care of well at all. They don't replace dead landscape, they just pull it and let it look terrible. This place has a terrible ant problem with all the buildings they can't keep up with. Overpriced with year-to-year high rent increases. Fake appliances they claim are stainless when it's painted silver on the front, and no care is done to the exterior of the buildings with paint peeling and moldy outside walls of some buildings. I just can't wait for our lease to end.

        Met with Audrey to get information on leasing and a tour. She was very helpful and more detailed than other rental places we have visited recently. The townhomes are very nice! I would definitely recommend calling Randall Highlands and ask for Audrey if you are looking to rent.
