I bought a case as well as a tempered glass screen protector for my iPhone 13 Pro Plus that I just bought less than 9 days ago. Like anyone, I wanted to protect my investment. I paid $60 total.. $35 for the case and $25 for the screen. I noticed a crack in the screen on the 7th day. There was no evidence of any impact and he immediately accused me of dropping my phone. I've personally worked in the luxury automobile industry in service and see cracked windshields all the time. If there's impact from a rock or any other object that accidentally flew into the windshield and leaves a impact even as small as a pinhole, you can run your fingernail or the tip of a pen across the crack and feel it. At this point, I would understand that it would be the cost to the customer. This guy didn't even listen to anything I said and just accused me of dropping my phone. Who buys a brand new phone and is not extra careful with it. I have a lot of expensive electronics that I'm always extra careful with and constantly clean. All he had to tell me is that how do I know you didn't drop it. That's horrible customer service. Repeat customers come from fantastic service especially when they back their product up. This guy does not back up his products and is your typical salesman who wants to make that grand profit. I would recommend NOT to go to this store to buy accessories for your phone. His products are not of great quality and does not have a set price. He'll start high and if he doesn't think you'll buy it, he'll bargain for a lower price to make you feel you're getting a great deal. DON'T fall for it. Typical salesman, as soon as they get your money, forget the service or honoring a person's integrity. This guy must have a lot of people arguing with him because he not only gets defensive right away, he doesn't have a solid return policy. He'll let you exchange or replace for a fee. DON'T BUY from this business. You'll REGRET your decision! You're better buying the product off of Amazon who has a great return policy and doesn't accuse you of being dishonest from the get go. I like to support small local businesses, but not this one. And to think I referred my family and friends to this jerk.
