        Opened account just 2 days ago but they locked my account from chase. I was trying to unlock but app said just only one way is call. I was on the phone 1hour yesterday. I went to there, they said that we dont know we cant do anything. If something about chase bank, they suppose to help. If they dont know, why they are working there? locked my online banking by themselves and wasting my time. So rude place!!!!

        After waiting for over 1/2 an hour and not being served by a banker I came back the following Monday - same thing - and no effort from staff to greet customers or explain the delay. I ended up going to a Chase in Arlington Heights - its like night and day - friendly staff, a greeter for customers - in and out in less than 15 minutes. Oh and there was no one else in the waiting area when I signed in either times at the Niles bank. I would avoid this branch for anything but the most basic banking activities.
