My experience during the visit was fine, staff was knowledgeable and friendly. My issue came 3 months later when after providing insurance information during the visit, I was billed over $350 for the visit with no insurance applied. I was never informed of any issue with the insurance claim. I have repeatedly emailed and called to get the insurance claim resubmitted and I am directed to a Mr. Joseph, who after multiple attempts to contact via phone and email has never bothered to call or email me back. Update - I received a call back and the staff has been very responsive since this review, thank you.
