        Walked in for bloodwork, no other patients were present; the workers at the front desk were too busy gossiping and talking about a tv show. She would literally stop putting in data to talk to her co-worker. I understand it takes time to put the data in correctly, that was not the issue; it was the stopping and talking about tv shows.
