I got his number from another lawyer who knows Rick. i had some questions and problems with tenants that at first was great at asking me and emailing everything he needs. After i get the info he needs to move forward with a plan he completely ghosts me. No return emails after I emailed him once. Then a week later once again making sure he got the information. Then once again a week after that and still no response. So all in all i would never trust him to help with anything especially since the person who referred me to him called Rick and rick had no idea who i was or anything after a few emails back and forth. If he would have said i am too busy or whatever that is fine but don't just not respond. Just shows if you need something done right and a timely manner i would not contact Rick.

My husband and I were first time homebuyers and when it came time for attorney review, we ended up doing a Google search and found Rick. We decided to go with him because of the 5 excellent reviews below and we truly believed in the quality of the reviews instead of quantity. That was definitely the best decision we could have made! Rick was absolutely fantastic in helping us with all the back and forth with the sellers and communicating with the seller's attorney. He was extremely responsive, knowledgeable and professional. He always gave his honest opinion on everything, answered all of our questions, and would help explain legal terminology in simple terms.
