I hired Dennis to write a commercial lease for my tenant, a national building materials firm. Dennis was professional, knowledgeable, prompt, efficient, and best of all very down to earth and easy to work with. He went over every aspect of the lease he drafted so I would understand it fully before he presented it to my tenant for review by their national legal representative in New York. He handled the entire negotiation, reviewing with me along the way, making recommendations of what specific language needed to be kept in the lease and what we could be flexible on. The final result was the best I could have hoped for. I highly recommend him.

We have worked with Dennis over the course of 3 years both in buying a home and selling a home. In selling our home, we went back to Dennis because of his attention to detail and his ability to break some of the concepts of buying our first home down for us to digest.
