If I could give this facility 0 stars I would. I had been going to see the doctors at this clinic since I first started menstruating at 15 years old. EVEN BACK THEN my periods were irregular with me bleeding for months at a time and not bleeding at all for months. Not to mention I kept gaining weight. Every time I went to the doctor I was gaslit into believing that I needed to lose weight in order for my periods to become regular. Fast forward to last year, I still was having irregular periods. I had an ultrasound performed and Dr.Olson read it and tried prescribing progesterone and chastised me for not taking my medication properly. He also found small follicles on my ovaries and never explained what it was. I had to go to another gynecologist in order for me to finally be diagnosed with PCOS or polycystic ovarian syndrome, and my doctor promptly prescribed metformin which has helped tremendously. DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY IF YOU ARE A BLACK WOMAN. You will be treated like YOU are the problem and your concerns will be grossly dismissed.

The billing department seems careless as I received two bills from them recently for procedures that I did not have done. I left the billing department voicemails only for them to go unanswered. I finally was able to get in contact with the office manager who seemed nice and she was extremely helpful in finding out where the error was. She was very apologetic on their behalf, but this an issue that should not have even happened in the first place due to careless mistakes.

I called to make my annual appointment and the woman that answered was very rude to me. She insulted me, made fun of the insurance I have, and was quick to hang up. Ive been going here for more than 9 years. Last year I had the same issue with another employee being rude to me. I am so incredibly disappointed with their staff. Its time to find a new gynecologist clinic because this way of being treated in very unacceptable.

I am 60 years old and haven't been to a gynecologist in 19 years as my primary care physician did my yearly paps, but after a large mass was seen after ultrasound I was recommended to Dr. Olson. I was terrified and he was extremely gentle and wonderful! I had surgery and him and his staff were the most wonderful team I could have expected. I will never go anywhere else. The nursing staff at Edwards Hospital is the greatest staff I have ever experienced. Thank you all for making my surgery and removal of a grapefruit size mass the easiest most caring experience at a hospital I have ever had. Much Thanks to you all!
