The service and quality of care is OK. If you can find a group that is less transactional head in that direction. Calls, paperwork and appointments take a long time to get answered and addressed. Surgery took place, but discharged and surgical post care are sloppy. You will see the doctor once and never again after procedure other than a nurse or a PA. Not well recommended.

Dr. Miller is an incredibly kind and skilled physician. He had me in surgery within 3 weeks. His front office staff however, is horrible. I have never heard a "good morning" or a "thank you". They are all incredibly condescending and rude. None of them smile and I couldn't tell you any of their names because they never introduce themselves. I just have to remember that I'm here for his skill and that's it. I can fight and advocate for myself for anything else I feel I need. Stephanie, the surgery scheduler and Lisa, the prior authorization rep have also been nothing short of wonderful. Update: I had an incredible surgery at Lutheran General in October and am pain free. I went to the Naperville office this morning and it is MUCH better than the Park Ridge office.

I am extremely satisfied with Dr. Miller following my laparoscopic myomectomy surgery performed 3 days ago to eliminate my fibroids. Dr. Miller's exceptional expertise and dedication towards women's fertility and overall well-being have been truly remarkable, evident right from the initial phone call. Although there is room for improvement in the friendliness of his back office staff, Dr. Miller himself has been outstanding. Both my mother and husband were impressed by the level of care and kindness shown during a procedure initially estimated to take 3 hours, ultimately lasting 5 hours due to the significant number of fibroids encountered. We are thrilled to embark on this journey with Dr. Miller and eagerly anticipate working with him to start our family. I highly endorse his services.
