Duly Health and Care

I had an appointment today @10 am. I was checked in and still sat for 30 minutes before I asked Carrie the receptionist whom was very nasty because I asked her why was I still waiting she stated the Dr. must be running behind but no one has said anything. I ended up in the room about 10:40 sat in that cold azz room until 11am. before the Dr. showed up. I just dont understand why make appointments if you're not going to be seen @ that time

Had my ultrasound with Jillian today and I absolutely love her. She has the best personality for this job and makes me feel so comfortable and at ease. I cant say enough about how great she is at what she does. She not only has great manners but she actually takes time to explain things and answers questions. She is also very knowledgeable. This is my second time seeing her and both times I left feeling overwhelmingly happy about my results due to her ability to explain things to me, as well as giving me her time and compassion. Thanks so much, people like you make this process so easy.
