Lexus of Naperville

Finding a used car nowadays is incredibly difficult. Prior to our visit, we had been to 2 dealers that had sold the exact car we had looked at and didn't even try to show us anything else. So this time, I called ahead to make sure that this dealer had the car we wanted. Sal answered, got the car and even had it ready and in the front for us to look at. Once we started talking numbers, Sal gave us honest and upfront numbers with NO hidden fees. After we bought the car and came to pick it up, we noticed there was a strange smell (in the end this was due to the fact that the car was inside and the smell of gas was stronger ). We took the car home regardless and the next day, Sal called to make sure everything was okay. Honestly, I don't know of any dealers that would do something like this. The whole experience was super refreshing, everyone was so nice. When I am in the market for a new car, I will definitely consider working with Sal and this dealer once again!

Had a great experience at Lexus of Naperville in the service dept with Robin Clark, she is extremely professional and takes customer service seriously. Highly recommend to ask for her for any service related needs.

Fixed a slot for miles based service. Got there and was told that car will need to stay for day or 2. Don't know why they couldn't tell this over the phone. The car was covered in snow, don't know why they couldn't have it in covered. Last, the cashier couldn't explain the receipt even slightly

I've been to all the Lexus Dealers in the Chicagoland Service area. Even been to the bigest one in Illinois. I've even bought a car from the worst( But none of them can compare to Lexus of Naperville. All Lexus car Dealers are friendly, but the people in Naperville treat you like they know you. Like you're a friend from a long time ago. I went in with a good rate from my credit union. Because of my credit score, the Manager(AB that's what they call him) saw that I was approved from a place that they work with all the time. He call my Credit Union, on a holiday, when they were closed, and got me a better rate. Also, these people were stright forward with me. They met me in the middle of what I thought my trade was worth, and what they thought. I bought a 22 RX. They did everything that I asked for, as far as service before I said ok. NO HASSELL. I think they knew I been to other Dealers, and was a little stressed. They were perfect from the word go. I thought I lost my sunglasses while I was there. Five or six people that didn't even work with me were helping me look for them. Also there's really good at calling yolu back. I'll never go to another Lexus dealer unless I'm out of town and need service.
