Very reliable!! A friend recommend me to use their services. My friend had a few mold issues in her house and she was very happy with their work. Bob was on time he was Very patient and answering all my questions. And he checked a few spots in my apartment and said that I dont need anything to be done because its not mold. While a different company came and wanted 10K for no reason. I wanted to pay him 20$ for a visit he refused to take it. He said their company dont charge for a checkup. Bob is very helpful and professional. He came up just one hour after the call even it is a complementary checkup. He checked my attic and basement, provided some super helpful information. Even though we have not worked further because my mold situation is not serious, I would highly recommend Bob for his knowledge, experience, and honest. If I need to hire a pro to treat mold in future, I'll definitely call him.
