We went to Brian J Banahan, LLC, to write our new wills and also open a Trust. Our initial consultation with Brian was very informative. Our circumstances were a little unusual in that we would require the services of a bank trust to be the executor of our will/trust,,as we had no one to appoint to that position. Brian provided us with the names of several banks and/or organizations he felt confident with to carry out this function. Brian told us exactly how the process would work and also provided an estimate of the costs for everything we required for our new wills and family trust.
After a short period of time, a rough draft was sent for us to look over and make updates and corrections. A date was then set at which time all the documents were signed and notarized.
We are very satisfied with the manner in which Brian handled this very important process and wed highly recommend his law practice to anyone considering assistance in the process of managing their estate.
