I competely agree with the prior post. Dont sign any documents that are drawn by Kovitz Shifrin Nesbit unless your own lawyers have reviewed the documents. They usually leave out dates in the contracts. And if they represent your condo their goal is to bury you in as many legal fees as they can since they know most owners will pay twice as much just to get the case resolved; just so they dont lose the condo. I am almost convinced that they cut bonus checks for management companies in order to get their contract.

These lawyers represent my condo management company and association. I am forced to have all communications through these lawyers and I have no reason to believe that they are communicating my concerns to the board. I feel as a condo owner that pays my association fees each month that I am being misrepresented by Kovitz Shifrin Nesbit. They are also very rude to me when I have done nothing to deserve such mistreatment from them.
