I had a bad experience with this school. My child was on the waiting list since July 2022 they told me that they will have spots available in Fall 2022, I followed up in October and they told me that they will have availability in January 2023 I decided to wait and I followed up in November just to check what documents they need and they told me that they will have spots available in June 2023. I wasted 5 months on the waiting list just to find out that siblings are taking priority first and they don't tell you this from the beginning.

Both of my boys have gone to school here since they were infants.  We absolutely love Kensington School and all of the teachers and staff.  The director is phenomenal- always eager to help and answer any questions.  My boys have learned so much and love going to school.

We have been going to Kensington South Naperville for 2 years and my kids and I absolutely love this school.  We are so sad that they do not offer Kindergarten at this location, as my daughter would be able to stay another year.  The director, Ms. Mickow, is the hardest working woman I have met and devotes all of herself to the school and the kids. It really shows in the atmosphere, the care and knowledge of each child, and the efforts she puts forth from everyday tasks to events and programs which are very well organized and fun for all.  She truly makes the school even better than before, which says a lot as it has been great since we started.  She is very approachable and so incredibly kind that she makes you feel like family.  So many of the teachers are amazing as well - there are a couple whose teaching style we are not as fond of and could be warmer to the parents and kids, but the "worst" teacher here is better than most of the other teachers I've encountered elsewhere.  The exceptional staff that stand out are the 3s teacher, Ms. Stone, and the TA in that room, Ms. Saindon (sp?), and the new transitional kindergarten TA Ms. Cho - Ms. Stone is so wonderful with the kids and gives each a warm welcome as they come into the room every day (as are Ms. S and Ms. Cho), and is always willing to talk with me about my son.  He has also learned so much in that class as her teaching abilities are top notch.  Ms. Sonja is amazing with the younger kids as well and is a favorite amongst kids and parents alike. The progress my kids have made since attending this school is unbelievable and they have so much fun that it is hard to get them to leave at the end of the day.  It is a small yet perfect size that brings a sense of calm and comfortableness that I had been looking for in a school.  They have organic, healthy food choices and ample portions to satisfy all the kids even when they request more.  The outdoor playground is also a nice size and the kids are monitored continuously.  I love that they give detailed, daily, personalized reports and send pictures throughout the day so I can see what my kids are up to when at school.  They have music, Spanish, and computer classes and even do yoga along with their other academics, and we love the enrichment programs offered after lunch in lieu of nap time for our older child.  I never have trouble finding parking when dropping off or picking up the kids either. They are also very good about us having sporadic schedules that require varying times for drop-offs and pick-ups.    Further, any concerns are always addressed in a timely and respectful manner.  This location is amazing and I wish we could stay here so much longer!

We have had 2 of our children enrolled in Kensington South Naperville. The environment is warm and inviting, and our kiddos have absolutely LOVED their experiences at Kensington. The enrichment programs are amazing as an add-on, and the teachers truly care. Our eldest, who is now in Kindergarten, was so fortunate to have a teacher who really loved her job, and loved the kids. She is sadly not with the school anymore. Our youngest is so lucky to have Miss Frasier as her teacher. Miss Frasier is so attentive to the kiddos, and her love for new experiences is contagious. Our daughter talks about Miss Frasier and her friends almost daily, with such happiness. Most importantly, she is growing and thriving. Thank you to Miss Frasier & to Mrs. Mickow for making our experience so amazing!!

This review is about the South Naperville, Part Time program. Teaching staffs are good and my child was fine. But the management is very rude to parents. They don't let you enter your child's classroom or even the building. You are strictly restricted to use the car lanes to drop off and pick up. Only the parents of full time students are given an access to the door to enter the building. This makes you wonder if some comments about Kensington schools painting their classrooms all the time etc. are actually true or what's actually happening. They have a real 'recruitment process' where they make the school policy look so open and bright, for families, just  like their classrooms. I will not recommend this place for part time, unless you are just looking for a cheap place to dump your child for a couple of hours at some place.
