        Inexperienced employees work at this location. Manager has an experience but he is just guiding team. But not completing my transaction. Wasted more than 2 hrs here. Plus they can't find where is the card reader. There are 3 other customers waiting to be served as well. This store needs transformation.

        April 5th at 4:30, I really hate when children are being discriminated in an establishment more so if those said children are not even misbehaving. We walked into this Tmobile store because my friend was looking for a phone that's unlocked. The Asian lady with orange hair and a little older was already staring at us and frowning while we open the door. We came in with 4 children in total, one is a baby in the stroller and the other 3 kids. Nobody greeted us with a smile and how can we help you today but just a strange stare from everyone working that day. Then I told the Asian lady that we were looking for an unlocked phone and she explained this and that. After that she proceeded to saying to be careful with the children not to step where the black carpet was because it would trigger the alarm and would automatically call 911?!? Like whatttt?!? never heard of that. Damn! so my friend came closer and she was about to say something again about the children being there but I told her that I'm gonna step outside and stay with the kids even when it was freezing for I just didn't feel that the kids are welcome there. She was just plainly rude and all the others looked like robots without a smile but a stare looking like we should question ourselves why we we're there. Being a manager in Califonia for 6 years in retail, I know for myself what a good customer service is and being raised with respect to others I teach my children the same. I am beyond pissed on how this store employees treated us today specially the look on their faces when they saw the children. Get better with your damn customer service, no matter who walks in, outside that door, greet them with a smile. By the way I am with Verizon and hands down to their customer service. Employees needs training! Be kind everyone!
