        I just bought my first road bike on Facebook marketplace where the seller kept their pedals. I stopped in to Spokes on the way home to get new pedals and Basel told me to bring my bike in, and he and the tech installed the pedals, inspected the bike, and walked me through the different features and tips to properly maintain the bike. He treated me as if I just bought the bike from him and gave me great confidence Ill be in good hands for future repairs/tune ups and other accessories.
