Chase Bank

I visited this branch to open a checking account and was turned away. I was told the only person that could help me was in a meeting for the remainder of the day. I just moved to Naperville and appreciated the motivation to take my business to US Bank. US Bank was helpful and took the time to get me set up with a checking account that I will likely use for the duration of my residence in this city.

After waiting for 10 min for someone to help us we find out its a CASHLESS Bank! Really? Isnt that an oxymoron? Like a foodless grocery store. Maybe it makes things easier for Chase to be a cashless bank but certainly not easier for their customers. But customer satisfaction has never been high on Chases list.

This location is the most convenient for me as I work in downtown Naperville. However, I can't do a lot of the things I would expect a bank to be able to do as they don't have any actual tellers. While the location looks nice and the bankers are polite, it doesn't change the fact that they can't do a lot of the basic functions of a bank. As a result, I need to specifically plan a trip to a different branch for certain functions even though I could literally walk to this location after work.
