Recently purchased a new 2022 Audi A3 from Audi Naperville and couldn't be more happy.
I've previously reserved another vehicle at another dealer / car manufacturer. However, due to my need for a vehicle ASAP (I've reserved the vehicle for 4 months and the dealership advised multiple times my car was coming this week of the given month) and poor customer service of the dealership from the Sales Manager, I turned to Costco Auto Program for assistance in finding me a vehicle with my preferences and price range. Even though no discount was provided through Costco Auto Program (typically there is if you have a membership) due to the current auto supply issues, Costco Auto Program got me in direct contact with Scott Woolsey at Audi Naperville.
Scott called me up on Monday afternoon (June 13th) about availability of the Audi A3 Quattro and I reserved the car by the end of the day! Scott was extremely helpful, very polite, and was following up in a courteous manner if I had any questions / concerns about the vehicle, working to get my monthly payment down, and about scheduling a time for me to grab the car (I'm from NW Indiana and had to make the 1.5 hour drive). Scott was consistently available through the whole process for a call or text to walk me through everything. Please go through Scott if you want to purchase an Audi in the Chicagoland / NW Indiana region! I have been coming here since 2018. Every time they have been very non-receptive! There is a lack in their service attitude. The service representatives arent helpful and are always on lunch. They take multiple days for a one hour service job and then give a loaner car without a working radio, screen, cameras, chargers, and even the trunk opener. Be careful! Taking my services elsewhere. I recently had to trade in my vehicle and had a great experience working with Audi Naperville to do so. I worked with Scott, who was honest with me about my options and easy to communicate with. I was able to get a solid trade-in deal and an excellent vehicle I'm really happy with.
I value the name and reputation of this dealer over a misc corner lot and expect that to carry into the reliability of the vehicle I was sold.
Pleasure doing business. I was in and out in about four hours with my new vehicle and am definitely happy. If anything changes, I'll update this review, but I'm optimistic that I won't need to.
