Couldn't be any more pleased with the Escalade that we purchased. Kevin and Kenneth are both stand up guys and made purchasing a vehicle a real pleasure. There was absolutely no pressure to make a purchase with them and they were very knowledgeable when it came to the history of the vehicle and its service records. We will not hesitate using Summit Motorworks again for a future purchase. Thanks again Guys! A++++++

Just purchased my second car from Summit Motorworks. Again my experience was fantastic!
It truly is like buying a new car at used car pricing. They found exactly the car I was looking for with very low miles (2,800), in like new condition. And I paid way below the retail value of the car.

For those who have shopped for automobiles at dealerships before, be prepared for an experience like no other at Summit. No salesmen making one wait for hours while they "check with the sales/service/used-car/credit manager." None of the hard sell, deception, and lies that every car-buyer has come to expect as par for the purchase. Just friendly, car-loving enthusiasts who genuinely seem to enjoy seeing car buyers find the cars they want at the prices they want.
I my case, Kevin and Kenneth went more than the extra mile (no pun intended) to see that I was able to buy the car I wanted and worked around my schedule to do so. I left the dealership thrilled with every aspect of my purchase and will turn to them first when considering any future vehicles.
I cannot recommend Summit Motorworks highly enough - they were truly the antidote for every bad car-buying experience I have had.

I recently purchased a car from Summit Motorworks in Naperville and I must admit it was an excellent car buying experience, probably my best. They didn't have the specific car I was looking for in their inventory, but told me they would be able to find the car I wanted.
I told them that I was very picky about particular options and color combinations, but they were patient, continiued to search for my specific car, and never tried to push a vehicle that didn't meet my criteria.
I've dealt with Naperville's German luxury car dealers in the past and found the experience with Summit to be much more pleasent. My face-to-face dealing never felt pressured and I believe they genuinely cared about finding me the right car.
I highly recommend using Summit Motorworks to find your next vehicle.

I didn't even purchase a vehicle from Summit, but was so impressed, it compelled me to write this review: I spent a considerable amount of time searching for a specific car and stumbled across Summit Motorworks. Their inventory of vehicles appeared to have low mileage and many detailed pictures were provided. After speaking to Kevin Fryer about a particular vehicle, I decided to make the long trek from downtown Chicago to Summit in Naperville. It was well worth it. His style was very non-aggressive and sincere. During the test drive, we both felt something abnormal in the drive, however everything else in the vehicle was immaculate. Kevin and I negotiated a price contingent on him having the vehicle inspected by the local dealer service department. After a few days, the vehicle needed an costly repair and Kevin did not feel comfortable selling the vehicle even after he decided to pay for the respective repairs, but rather drive the car himself for a few months to ensure the car was reliable. He helped me search for other vehicles online and after we pinpointed a similar car in Orlando, FL, he decided to contact the dealer. Coincidentally, he was had his son on vacation visiting Disney in Orlando and still decided to research that particular car and stay in communication with me.
Kevin at Summit is hands down an honest guy, my experience with him was great.
