        Ants, Ants, Ants. We woke up to ants between the beds and a few in the beds. We abruptly got up, no showers, no bathroom and no breakfast. Even found a couple in the car 45 minutes down the road! Gross! Manager said it is a known issue and that the first floor rooms have experienced it since the bathroom remodels and the bug guy comes the first of every month. Gave me a $25 credit for future room and an apologybeware before you stay here unless ants are your thing!! I have videos that I cannot attach.

        Amanda was a delight. From her assistance on the phone while booking our room, to checking us in when we got there. She was polite, friendly and professional. An excellent asset and ambassador to the establishment. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. If your traveling with a pet (dog) like we are, they have a fenced in dog run to allow them some off leash play time. And it was clean too! This was a great location and I highly recommend it!

        Stayed ONE night in ONE hotel and woke up with over 100 BED BUG bites. Hotel refused to refund our money. Had to pay $500 for exterminator to spray my luggage/belongings when I got home. Yes, I called the Health Dept. So mad I had to miss my neices wedding. What a nightmare, it took weeks to get rid of and I was miserable!! NOT ACCEPTABLE. I've never stayed in another hotel since.

      We do apologize for the inconvenience of finding ants in your room during your stay. Unfortunately with being on the ground floor ants do come in from outside. Pest control does come monthly but rooms on the first floor just got remodel completed after being down a month so pest control will spray today to prevent this from happening in the future.
