Friendly staff, clean hotel. Needs some attention from ownership. Largest issues: Water only got slightly above room temperature for showers. This occurred during the evening hours, probably when most of the rest of the hotel was getting a shower in before laying down to sleep. At 0530 the water was a lot warmer. This is atypical for the Marriott brand, other hotels did not fluctuate as much in water temperature due to usage. Elevator sounds like a reasonably loud kitchen blender. Unfortunately this appears to be the norm for Marriott, elevator maintenance appeared to be little concern in the last dozen plus Marriotts Ive stayed in this past year. Off putting smell as you enter. Unsure what it is, but it was there over the course of a dozen plus hours. Room door didnt close by default. The door was off-kilter or something. Open the door all the way and let it close, and it doesnt; not to the point where the lock engages and someone cant walk into your room. First hotel Ive stayed at in a while where the door closing didnt automatically make it lock. Its possible tension on the locking mechanism or something needs adjusted. Other: Free breakfast is rather typical, orange juice tasted odder than usual. TV/streaming service on TV was well above average for a Marriott

Very clean, comfy ,roomy room and friendly staff as well as beautiful scenery. Highly recommended.

I've never stayed at a Fairfield Inn before. I'm impressed. Clean, quiet rooms. Friendly, competent service. Good location.

Being a Marriott platinum member you typically trust that the hotel is going to be great and exactly why you chose Marriott over everything else. This hotel disgusted me, as my pictures show just part of the problem lets note the following: Room was dirty. Cobwebs on ceiling, bathroom was dirt with marks and stains and hair. Both beds were worn out pillows were horrible and stained. Room was dated. I stayed for 3 nights and i made it a point to only be in my room to sleep. I will not be returning when traveling back here, I will be staying at the double tree across the street. I cannot express my disappointment of spending $600 bucks to stay here. Please do something as the reviews show this is a problem. Very disappointed that this location hold the Marriott name. Oh the picture of the juice is showing floating pieces, and the serve the same breakfast everyday.. also.. they never even clean my room.
